Yes I am officially a victim of internet banking fraud.

Some low life, I shall call him the scheming asshole, stripped my account of all but $150. That’s a couple of grand of my hard earned money now sitting in the bank account of some despicable human being.

The dash to the bank at lunchtime was positively panic ridden. I was distraught beyond belief. Images of never seeing that money again were swirling around my head like a dream gone horribly wrong.

But alas, the bank, as much as I complain about their fees, charges & never-ending waiting lines, they could not have been more helpful. My distraughtness eased with one phone call to the fraud department. It was definitely fraud, there was definitely nothing to worry about & I would definitely be reimbursed the full amount within 21 days.

So fraud case file opened, investigator assigned, I walked away from the bank feeling slightly violated, slightly pissed off but grateful that at least I had $150 in my purse.

Oh if I ever catch the scheming asshole, the likelihood being zero, im going to hang him up by the balls & force feed him spoonfuls of strychnine.
